Help Wanted/Positions Needed

Help out before, during, or after the Festival, or at our Upcoming Events.

The Haunted Hudson Valley Festival is an all-volunteer produced event. Please consider helping out and being more a part of this great community.

Before the festival, feel free to attend a planning meeting (see schedule on the Upcoming events page!).

During the festival, we need help in the following areas:

 Tour Guides/ Greeters
Hospitality/Greenroom
   Assistant Stage/Props 
Parking
Vendor Crew
Sign Placement/Flyers Distribution
Garbage and Recycling
Fundraising
Promotions

Scenery/Setting Crew

(building, painting, & transportation)

Booths/Gaming Area

After the festival, we need help with cleaning up and planning next year’s festival!
